Table shows various metrics for social landlords that have a maladministration rate of 75% and above and have at least 1000 properties, or satisfy all of the criteria below:

-1 or more wider 54f order(s) issued by the HousingOmbudsman.

-There is a 2023/24 housing association report available on the Housing Ombudsman's website.

-The housing association has at least 1000 properties.

The results in blue indicate either only comprising of Low Cost Rented Accommodation (LCRA) tenants or also including Low-Cost homeowners and tenants (combined). The results in orange are for Low-Cost Homeowner residents only (LCHO).
